Not only did he take the time to identify the exact issue — a small rock stuck in my brake pad — but he also personally gave me a ride to a nearby café so I could relax while he completed the work. That kind of personal touch and customer care is rare these days.

The issue was quickly resolved, and my car now drives perfectly. Later, I found out that a friend of mine also takes his Tesla to Tim and has had the same great experience.

I had a great experience with this workshop! They came to my home and repaired my Tesla Model 3 Performance quickly and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend these guys, especially since my experiences with other services have been disappointing.

Elite Experience!!! I bought a car with Tim and it was seamless from beginning to end not to mention I got a great deal!! He knows everything about Teslas inside and out and was extremely easy to work with!! These guys are fantastic! Super efficient, friendly, and honest. I went in with my friend, and Tim even did a quick touch-up on a small paint crack for free. If I ever need work done on my car, this is definitely where I’ll go. My friend was also really impressed with the service. Thank you so much!
